A series of 8 Reference Line maps and images of M2. This series of maps has been developed for use with the Reference Line Method. It adapts well to both binoculars and telescopes.
Observing Notes:
1. The N-S reference line is all you need to locate M2.
2. William Herschel’s description matches what I see (References): “A cluster of very compressed, exceedingly small stars.”
